Shuddhi = to purify

In this Chakra, purifying and harmonizing of all

opposites takes place.

Also known as the nectar and poison chakra. Here, the nectar

drops down from the Bindu (Bindu is the ultimate source

of which all things manifest and to which return)

The pure form and the poison, the poison is discarded and the pure nectar

nourishes the body.

Situated At : Cervical plexus directly behind the throat pit

Flower Petals : Sixteen, purple (western blue)

Physiological Relationship  : Pharyngeal and Laryngeal plexus

Endocrine Relationship : Thyroid Gland

Motor / Action Organs : Vocal Chords

Sense Organs : Hearing and ears

Animal : White Elephant

Symbol : White Circle, Azure dot

Blockage : Isolated, verbally inept, alienated from those around them, limited communication, complaining person.

Affirmation : I communicate honestly and directly

Visualisation :  Large white drop of nectar, become aware of the Chidakasha and visualize a white elephant

                            then a large white circle like the moon, expanding your vision, see a purple lotus with 16 petals,

                            go into the flower, feel and become one.
